Membership
All office professionals who work in the educational system of Florida are eligible for active membership. Upon payment of annual dues; members are entitled to vote, to hold office, and to participate in the discussions at meetings of the association.
Members, upon retirement from active service in the educational system, may become retired members upon payment of annual dues. Retired members are entitled to all the privileges of active members except holding office. To be eligible to run for an elected office, a retired member must pay active membership dues.
The group known as "Shining Stars" consists of retired Florida office professionals. Their aim is to be supportive of FAEOP and make contributions to the Ways and Means at each workshop. Many retirees serve as resource persons for the organization. The Constellation is a publication of the Shining Stars. The purpose of this publication is to communicate to the retired membership information relative to this group. A representative of the retirees, appointed by the president, serves as Liaison to the FAEOP Board.
DUES
Dues are $15 for Active membership, $15 for Associate Membership, and $10 for Retired Membership, payable on July 1st. Dues for the current year must be paid by February 1 for voting privileges.
